Axalta Coating Systems, a leading global supplier of liquid and powder coatings, has announced that Andreas Kramvis has joined its Board of Directors and will serve on the Audit Committee. Kramvis is a vice chairman of Honeywell Inc., a Fortune 100 diversified technology and manufacturing leader, serving customers worldwide with aerospace products and services; control technologies for buildings, homes and industry; turbochargers; and performance materials.
